Subscribe

  • The monthly subscription begins after the first lecture of each month and continues until the end of the month.

  • Your subscription will be activated as soon as payment is completed and confirmed.

  • If a student does not attend a lecture, the platform is committed to refunding the full cost of the lecture, thereby ensuring parental confidence and the quality of the educational experience.

Attendance at lectures

  • We ask parents to ensure that their children attend the lecture at the scheduled time.

  • It is essential to keep your camera on throughout the lecture to ensure effective interaction and monitoring of students.

Registration and Follow-up

  • All lectures are recorded internally for the purpose of monitoring educational quality.

  • Recordings are available for students to review the material at any time at home.

  • Parents have the right to view the recordings to monitor their child's progress and promote transparency.

Apology and Compensation

  • If you need to cancel a lecture, you must do so at least 5 hours in advance.

  • A timely apology allows the student to attend a make-up class.

  • If an apology is not received by the specified deadline, the lecture will be counted as attended.

Refunds and Procedures

  • In the event of any circumstances arising on the part of the platform or the parent/student, the student will be compensated or refunded, depending on the situation.

  • The subscription fee is calculated starting from the first lecture of the month, and no refunds will be issued for sessions already attended.

  • If a student attends all lectures except for one, they are entitled to a refund for that lecture in accordance with the policy.
