We are delighted to welcome you to the YouCan family. We believe that education is an enjoyable journey built on a partnership between the platform and parents, so that we can provide our children with an educational experience that combines knowledge, values, and creativity.<\/p>

Subscribe<\/h4>

  • The monthly subscription begins after the first lecture of each month and continues until the end of the month.<\/p><\/li>

  • Your subscription will be activated as soon as payment is completed and confirmed.<\/p><\/li>

  • If a student does not attend a lecture, the platform is committed to refunding the full cost of the lecture, thereby ensuring parental confidence and the quality of the educational experience.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Attendance at lectures<\/h4>

    • We ask parents to ensure that their children attend the lecture at the scheduled time.<\/p><\/li>

    • It is essential to keep your camera on throughout the lecture to ensure effective interaction and monitoring of students.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Registration and Follow-up<\/h4>

      • All lectures are recorded internally for the purpose of monitoring educational quality.<\/p><\/li>

      • Recordings are available for students to review the material at any time at home.<\/p><\/li>

      • Parents have the right to view the recordings to monitor their child's progress and promote transparency.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Apology and Compensation<\/h4>

        • If you need to cancel a lecture, you must do so at least 5 hours in advance.<\/p><\/li>

        • A timely apology allows the student to attend a make-up class.<\/p><\/li>

        • If an apology is not received by the specified deadline, the lecture will be counted as attended.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          Refunds and Procedures<\/h4>

          • In the event of any circumstances arising on the part of the platform or the parent\/student, the student will be compensated or refunded, depending on the situation.<\/p><\/li>

          • The subscription fee is calculated starting from the first lecture of the month, and no refunds will be issued for sessions already attended.<\/p><\/li>

          • If a student attends all lectures except for one, they are entitled to a refund for that lecture in accordance with the policy.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
